Every summit push starts in the dark.
Vetta takes you from "I have no idea what I want to do" to a chosen career, a plan you have already tested, and a new job.
A career change is an ascent
Vetta is Italian for summit. The mountain is how the product thinks about a career change: you pick a single target, you test it for a few weeks before betting a year on it, you work toward it with a guide who notices when you drift, and the summit is a real job offer with a date on it.
One peak, tested cheap, climbed with a guide
One peak
Quizzes hand you 12 careers and wish you luck. Vetta interviews you like a good mentor, then recommends one career and shows its full reasoning. If the taste test disproves it, you move on to the next candidate on your shortlist. That loop is part of the design.
Acclimatize before you commit
A 2 to 4 week taste test of the career for under $50: one short course, one tiny project, one conversation with someone already doing the job. Energized or drained? You find out before the expensive commitment.
Follow-up is the product
Career changes die of drift. Vetta checks in on your actual milestones, notices silence at day 3, 7, and 14, and offers to shrink the plan instead of guilting you.
You end with proof
You finish with a resume, a personal website on your own domain, and a daily job-search rhythm. A public professional identity, ready to show.
Nobody summits alone
A real person follows your progress and signs off on the big calls: which career, what plan, which resume goes out. The AI does the daily navigation, and a human you trust approves what matters.
Your summit marks the route
Land the job and your path stays behind, anonymized: the real timeline, costs, and detours of a change like security guard to SOC analyst. The next person who starts where you started follows a marked path. Your hire is proof it can be done.
Eight camps, out of the dark
The early camps happen in the dark, because that is where every lost person starts. Dawn breaks exactly where conviction does: at the commit.
Base Camp
Your profile: current job and schedule, education, savings runway, weekly hours, income floor, hard constraints, and how you got here.
Choose the Peak
Short conversational sessions surface what energizes you and what your current work already proves. They end in a shortlist of 3 to 5 careers and one recommendation with its reasoning shown.
Map the Route
Real entry roles, salary bands, what your background counts for, the credential ladder with costs, and a timeline sized to your actual weekly hours. Sources cited.
Acclimatize
The cheap taste test. One course, one tiny project, one conversation. The weekly check-in asks one question above all: energized or drained?
Commit to the Climb
A signed, dated commit note: the career, the why, and what you are saying no to. Then the full plan with milestones sized to real hours.
The Climb
Certifications and skills, gained week by week. Every completed course or project becomes resume material automatically.
High Camp
The resume drafts itself from everything you have completed. Your personal site goes live on your own domain. Final staging before applications begin.
Summit Push
A short daily digest of scored job leads, an application pipeline, a contact list, and 2 or 3 daily micro-tasks. The summit is a signed offer.
